Hi Is your button Send and Receive grayed out? Or is it that the Free busy doesn't show any information? What version of exchange?Jonas Andersson MCTS: Microsoft Exchange Server 2007/2010 | MCITP: EMA 2007/2010 | MCSE/MCSA Blog: http://www.testlabs.se/blog

Within an exchange orgnization, free busy information is automatically managed by exchange and outlook, the option will stay greyed out until you publish free/busy info to internet. to try this you can go to Tools --> Options --> Calendar Options --> Free/Busy Options --> Other free/busy options --> and check the option publish at my location: --> enter any intranet URL for test --> click okay to everything and go to outlook you will see its not greyed out anymore.MCSE | MCITP - Server 2008 | MCITP - Exchange 2007 | MCTS - Exchange 2010
